Taking the photo for the ID card

Your dog's photo for its identification card must be passport-type. It must:

- Be taken from the front;
-Be a photo in which your dog has his eyes open, and his mouth closed if possible;
-Be a photo in which the dog is not wearing any accessories other than its collar and/or vest;
-Have a white or very pale background (we recommend using a wall or door as a background);
-Not include other objects in the frame (power outlets, decorations, etc.);
-Not having been modified (even if it is just to remove the background);
-Be of the best possible quality.

If in doubt, you can send multiple photos and we will choose the one that fits best.
